The Company SO.DI.CO srl, in the person of its pro tempore legal representative, and with registered office in Senigallia (AN), via Foce Cesano, 4/9, P.I. 1285160428, in its capacity oas owner of Data Management, as per art.13 of Decree 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data), informs the User (hereinafter the “Subject”) that the personal information voluntarily provided by the same through the site www.vitalcare.it (hereinafter the “Site”), will be subject to treatment inspired by correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of your privacy and rights, in full compliance with the current legislation on protection of personal data.
Purpose of Treatment of Data
The personal data given voluntarily by the interested party through the contact channels indicated in the Site will be subject to the collection, preservation, storage, access and reading for the purposes and for the duration strictly necessary to give course to the processing operations carried out on the basis of requests concerning Health & Beauty products, sent by each User.
Mode and Duration of Data Treatment
In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the personal data provided by the User will be treated with the help of IT/ telematic tools, ensuring the use of appropriate measures for the logical and physical security of data and ensuring the confidentiality of the same in compliance with the requirements of Art. 33 et seq. of Legislative Decree 196/03.

The Owner declares that all necessary security measures have been taken to minimize the risk of destruction, loss, unauthorized access to or processing of personal data that is not included in the purposes of their collection.
Nature of Personal Data and Scope of Communication
Data included in the treatment:

The personal information provided by the User will not be disclosed to third parties or diffused without the prior express consent of the User. These data, however, may be disclosed by the Owner to the Court and Administrative authorities or other public entity entitled in the cases provided by law.
Rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003
The Users, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 may, at any time, exercise their rights towards the Owner of the treatment of data, including, by way of example but not limited to, to receive confirmation of their personal data, obtain information about the origin of their personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the logic applied in case of treatment done with the aid of electronic tools, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative, responsible or person in charge. The interested party also has the right to obtain updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those whose You need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
Withdrawal of Consent to Treatment
